 It’s not necessary for you to be home during the cleaning. Many of our clients provide us with access to their property through a key or security code. However, if you prefer to be present, we can certainly accommodate that request.

 If you need to reschedule or cancel, please inform us as soon as possible. We request at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid any cancellation fees and to allow us to adjust our schedule accordingly.
